This Privacy Policy explains how I collect, use and protect your information when you visit my website fionnscallyphotography.com, look at photo galleries, contact me or buy photos.

What information I collect

Your name and email (when you contact me or buy photos)
Payment details (handled safely by Stripe – I don't keep your card numbers)
Email address (to send you gallery links via Pixieset)
Basic website info (like your IP address and what pages you visit – automatic logs)

I don't collect anything extra like phone numbers unless you give it to me.

Why I collect it

To send you gallery links and let you buy/download photos
To reply to your messages
To keep records for taxes if needed
To keep the website safe

Who I share it with

Pixieset (for galleries) and Stripe (for payments) – they follow strict privacy rules
Nobody else, unless the law requires it (e.g. tax office)

I never sell your information.

How long I keep it

Purchase and gallery info: up to 6 years
Messages/emails: up to 2 years
Website logs: up to 1 year

After that, I delete it.

Your rights You can ask me to:

See what information I have about you
Correct anything wrong
Delete your information (in some cases)
Stop using it

Security I use secure tools (Stripe for payments, Pixieset for galleries) to keep your info safe. But no system is 100% perfect.
